Hi. Over the last four years as a freelancer, I've built, managed, and maintained websites for over ten organizations. The websites for those companies and non-profits effectively communicated their brand and business empathy for their customers, clients, and patrons.

Design is design, no matter the field. But each client has a unique personality and distinct needs.

That's been true in my career successfully designing and performing frontend development for my clients. I've had the good fortune to work for a variety of organizations. Non-profits that help those with mental health conditions, to a United Soccer League expansion team, to a debate school located in Seoul, KR. The variety of projects I've worked on requires me to view each project with a fresh perspective and to expect the unexpected.

As much as I enjoy the technical parts of my job, communicating with clients is the real art form. Empathizing with my clients and their pain points and developing technology and ideas that improve the function of their organization or business is the heart of what I do. I like to help people and helping people with their business or nonprofit is an opportunity to spend time with dynamic people, learn from them, and play a small part in their career success.

Work is important, but so are downtime and rest. When I'm away from my computer, I like to follow sports, watch nerdy breakdowns of films on YouTube, and go out for walks. I also am a peer facilitator with a mental-health advocacy group and participate with a meditation center here in Los Angeles.
